What’s the best month to visit maldives…..nd whts the cost of water villas for tht month

    • Roger Wade says:

      Ami,

We have an article about when to visit the Maldives. The lowest rates are in June and July, but those months can also have rain that can last several hours in a row if you get unlucky. For the most part, the rain storms in the Maldives only last 10 to 30 minutes at a time, and often leave behind amazing sunsets.

Aside from that, the weather in the Maldives is almost identical all year. And since it’s close to the equator, the days are about the same length all year as well. If you go in June you can sometimes get a Jacuzzi Water Villa with the All Inclusive Plus option at Meeru Island Resort for around US$550 per night for two people, including all meals and drinks. Around Christmas that same villa is closer to US$800 per night, but most are a lot higher. Have a great trip. -Roger
