It's also worth noting that the water bungalows at this resort are what we would consider semi-detached, so it's not exactly like the lone hut-on-stilts rooms at most other resorts in the area.
Considering that this is one of the larger private-island resorts in the Maldives, there are few restaurant choices and not much nightlife. The food is served efficiently and it gets good marks from past guests, but there isn't as much variety as there is at most of the more expensive resorts.

To reach the Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon Maldives resort you’ll need to fly to the main Malé International Airport in the Maldives. From there you’ll be met by hotel staff who will put you on a sea plane for the 25-minute flight to the resort itself, or an 85-minute speedboat ride instead.
The Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon Maldives resort gets generally excellent reviews, with a very low rate of any kind of dissatisfaction at all. Guests rave about the house reef, about the rooms, and especially about the staff and location. Essentially almost every part of this resort is considered a knockout.
While there are plenty of things to do during the daytime, some do point out that the nightlife opportunities are rather mellow and limited. This is a plus for most guests, so this would be a very good choice for those looking for a larger resort without a raging party scene at night.
