Maldives water villas at resort with everything for US$351 per night for two people

Kuredu Maldives AerialAs the winter high season in the Maldives is approaching, it’s becoming more challenging to find fantastic deals at its resorts, but this week we’ve uncovered one that should appeal to a lot of people. You may realize that each resort in the Maldives is on its own private island, and most of them are relatively small and intimate, but a few are larger and have just about anything you can imagine. This deal is at one of those.

The Kuredu Island Resort & Spa is actually the largest of the Maldives’ private-island resorts, with a total of 383 rooms. Right now they are offering their large water villas starting at US$351 per night for two people, with half-board plans only a bit more. Kuredu offers a small 6-hole golf course, and a football pitch, tennis courts, and an incredible variety of restaurants and bars.

The Deal

A Water Villa with breakfast for US$351 per night for two people at the Kuredu Island Resort & Spa. For US$393 per night you can upgrade to the half board (breakfast and dinner) plan, which is an even better deal for most people.

The Details

This rate is only available through our booking partner – Agoda – and it includes free cancellation. There is no minimum stay requirement to get this special rate, but availability is limited. Check the Agoda page for the Kuredu Island Resort to check your own dates.

Bigger is better for many Maldives visitors

Kuredu SunsetFor those on a honeymoon, admittedly a small boutique resort is probably the best option, but especially for family and group trips, these larger resorts have many benefits. For one thing, more guests means they can offer better value for money, but it’s also about providing more options for a lower price as well.

A great number of the smaller resorts, and especially the all-inclusive ones, have exactly one restaurant on the island, with buffets at every meal. The Kuredu Resort has 7 different restaurants, a tea house, and 7 different bars, each with a different style and theme. Since most people visit the Maldives for 7 nights or more, having so many options can keep the whole trip fresh.

Large and lovely water villas

Kuredu water villa BedroomAt 70 square meters, the water villas at the Kuredu Resort are much larger than the typical villas at larger resorts.

They are also loaded with luxury amenities like 4-poster kingsize beds, 32″ flatscreen TVs, a minibar, and even kimonos for guests to wear while lounging.

Yet another interesting feature of a resort like this is that they have many classes of rooms and villas, so families and groups can mix and match so everyone has exactly what they prefer and can afford.

If some in your group don’t want a water villa, they can get a Jacuzzi beach villa for only US$258.
