If you are looking for large overwater bungalows and extreme luxury in the South Pacific, you've found it at the St. Regis Bora Bora Resort. This is one of the finest resort hotels in the world, offering a large variety of overwater villas ranging from large to enormous.
This is an excellent place for a honeymoon or other romantic getaway, but the daytime activities available also make it ideal for any relaxing holiday. The layout of the rooms and facilities makes it easy to feel very secluded if that is your goal, but thanks to a free boat shuttle to the main island it's easy to reach other restaurants and shops in a short time as well.
The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort is located on a long island just east of the main Bora Bora Island in the South Pacific.

To reach the St. Regis Bora Bora Resort you must fly to Tahiti and then transfer to a 50-minute flight to Bora Bora. Once there you’ll be met by hotel staff and then escorted to a private boat that goes directly to the St. Regis.
As you’d expect from the largest and most luxurious overwater villa resort in the South Pacific, reviews from previous guests are nearly all excellent. Most remark that the resort itself is very large, even though it feels private and intimate, and that the rooms are huge and extremely clean and well appointed.
The only negatives that often come up are the price of the food as well as the limited variety available at the resort, but everything in the South Pacific is expensive, and the hotel also has a free boat shuttle to the main island so guests can easily visit other restaurants in the town.
