Back in 2017, Hurricane Irma delivered mass destruction to parts of the Caribbean, with the British Virgin Islands seeing a lot of damage themselves. Unfortunately, the popular Bitter End Yacht Club was unable to reopen right away due to the extensive damage to the resort facilities. However, there is some exciting news as the resort is not only set to reopen this coming winter, but it has added overwater bungalows to its room list.
These new overwater rooms, named Marina Lofts, will be the only overwater bungalows in the British Virgin Islands. In addition the new Marina Lofts, the resort will also stun guests with 2 two-story waterfront bungalows. For more information about this exciting new development and what to expect once the resort re-opens, continue reading below.
You should fact-check your information. There are over water bungalows within Disney at the Polynesian Village Resort. Please correct your website so travelers can have the facts.
D. Woods,
It’s funny that you would complain about an 11 year-old article that didn’t include a property that opened 5 or 6 years later. Thanks for the help!
