The Blue Sky Resort @ Koh Payam

A small 4-star resort that offers both land based and over the water rooms to choose from, the Blue Sky Resort @ Koh Payam is a great choice for travelers who are looking for privacy, yet would still like to be near area attractions, dining, and shopping selections. If you rather stay on-site however, you'll still find lots to do with a spa, a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, and more.

The overwater rooms themselves offer a king size bed (with the option to purchase an additional roll away bed), an entertainment center, a sitting area, private balcony, free bottled water, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping and room service, as well as little extras like slippers.

The Blue Sky Resort @ Koh Payam is located in Mae Mai Bay in the Asian country of Thailand.

What the reviews say

The reviews for this resort are quite good, with only one noticeable area of compliant. The rooms, both land based and over the water, are deemed by nearly everyone as very well appointed. The staff is also well reviewed, so much in fact, that almost every guest here speaks extremely high of each person who helps with the day to day operations of this resort. This is a big deal, and one that can make or break a resort.

There seems to be an overall agreement that the food served at the resort isn't the best, so if you're a foodie and expecting top notch plates to enjoy right on-site, you may want to look elsewhere. There are however places to eat nearby that you can dine at instead.
