Overwater villas at the Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort at US$800 per night
A bit of good news to report here in that the Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa is now offering a limited number of discounted overwater bungalows at special rates. I expect that availability will increase in the future as they become fully online with the booking site known for having the lowest prices at luxury resorts worldwide, but for now we are just happy to see any overwater bungalows at discounts.
One reason this is significant is that the Hilton Bora Bora Nui is partly known as the resort the Kardashian’s stayed at in 2011 and if you watch those 3 episodes (and they are often repeated) you can’t help but want to stay there yourself. This is one of the finest overwater resorts in the South Pacific, and these new prices make it more affordable than ever.
A King Overwater Villa for US$808 per night (per room, not per person), even for short stays.
The above rate was spotted for a 3-night stay in November, 2012, with no minimum stay, but it is based on the Advance Purchase rate, which is non-refundable. Rates for high season (June through September) seem to be about US$100 more per night. The rates are only available through our booking partner – Agoda (part of Priceline.com). Check the Agoda page for the Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort for your own dates.
5-Star with all the trimmings
The Hilton Bora Bora Nui is easily one of the finest resorts in the entire South Pacific, and it’s normally one of the most expensive as well. Each overwater villa at the resort his huge at almost 1,000 square feet, so it’s about 3 times the size of a normal urban hotel room.
The rooms are filled with all the luxury amenities you’d expect at a 5-star resort, including an Italian marble bathroom, satellite TV, a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a glass-floor viewing panel in the floor so you can observe the sea life just below.
Restaurants and spa for the luxury crowd
Not only does the Hilton Bora Bora have excellent scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, and Jet-skiing available, it also has two gourmet restaurants and two additional bars. There’s also one of the finest spas in the South Pacific with a wide range of massages and treatments available, so it’s ideal for honeymooners or those on a decadent and romantic getaway.
This is also one of the larger resorts in Bora Bora, so you have the option of privacy in the overwater villa lagoon area, or you can use the swimming pools and lounge areas if you choose to socialize. There’s also a full business center and wi-fi available in your room, so you won’t be any more cut off from the world than you choose to be.
Availability may be limited
I want to stress this again that this resort normally doesn’t discount by much if at all and the rack rates for these rooms are nearly US$2,000 per night. You can usually find overwater villas online for around US$1,100 per night, and the lower rates are not available for every date. It’s worth checking to see if the dates you have in mind are offered.
