New overwater villas
Adding to the already 80 overwater villas in place, the month of December will bring more rooms with the addition of four two-bedroom suites. These large suites will aim to impress with 3,229 square feet of indoor and outdoor space along with floor to ceiling windows throughout. These windows will allow you to claim witness to some pretty spectacular views, including that of the famous Mount Otemanu. You'll also find a living and dining room, a relaxation lounge, an upstairs bathroom, an outdoor terrace featuring a lovely infinity pool and much more. Because of the rooms and their sheer size, they will claim the title of the largest private overwater villa in the South Pacific.
Because of Marlon Brando's (the owner of the villas) vision of creating an eco-friendly environment, the overwater rooms will feature eco-certified wood, local miki miki wood and a native pandan leaf roofing. It should also be noted that each room's air conditioning will be driven by extracting deep ocean water, making each villa extremely earth friendly.
